For developers, owners and managing agents
A fitness center that sells the building, and that residents actually use.
A great gym sells units on the tour, in the brochure, and in the decision. We design and build amenity spaces that differentiate the building and hold up under real, shared use. One partner, concept to opening.

Why it matters
The amenity buyers notice, and the one they use.
A fitness center is one of the few amenities a prospective resident evaluates on the tour with any real scrutiny, because most of them have already been disappointed by one. It photographs for renderings and brochures, it supports premium pricing, and when it is designed for every resident rather than for the athlete, it gets used instead of resented.
The failure mode is familiar: a room specified from a catalog, six identical cardio machines facing a wall, one multi-station nobody understands, and no floor space to move.
Built for shared use
Different problem from a private gym.
Beginner to athlete
One room serving a resident who has never lifted and one who competes. Most amenity gyms serve neither.
Commercial-grade
Durable under unsupervised, all-hours use, and space-efficient in a footprint the developer wants back.
Photographs well
It is a marketing asset before it is a gym. It has to hold up in a rendering and in a leasing brochure.
