Privacy Policy

Innervation Fitness is operated by Nutri-Fit NYC LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Innervation Fitness. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
The short version: we collect what we need to design your gym, coach you, and bill you. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we never share your phone number for marketing.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, and postal or project address.
- Project details you submit through our inquiry form: room dimensions, building type, budget range, how you train, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Training records, if you become a coaching client: assessment results, workout logs, and the notes we keep to program for you.
- Payment information, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic website analytics: pages viewed and approximate region, collected without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, Cisco may text you directly about your sessions or your project, the same way one person texts another. We do not run an automated or marketing text programme and we do not use a messaging platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with anyone for marketing purposes. Tell him to stop texting and he will.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for your project.
- To design, specify and manage your gym, including ordering equipment on your behalf.
- To schedule, deliver and bill your training sessions.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to resolve disputes.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Stripe for payments.
- Google Workspace for email and calendars.
- Tally for the inquiry form.
- Cloudflare for hosting the website and its analytics.
- Equipment vendors and installers, where a delivery address is needed to complete your project.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Photography
We photograph finished projects. Images are only published with the client’s permission, and we do not publish a client’s name alongside their address.
How long we keep it
Project and training records are kept for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
- Ask us to stop texting or emailing you and we will.
- Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Ask and we will honour them.
Children
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
